Graudins named Reed Publications Student-Artist-Athlete of the Week
Graudins won two national titles last week and came in second place in another one.

Alex Graudins has been named the Reed Publications SCAD Student-Artist-Athlete of the Week ending March 7.
Graudins, a freshman from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, won two of the three individual national titles for the Bees last week at the NAIA Swimming and Diving National Championships in St. Peters, Mo.
Graudins claimed the first national title for the Bees as he won the 500-yard freestyle in a university-time of 4:27.44. He lowered his own record by nearly six seconds in the win. Graudins also broke his own university record as he won the 1,650 freestyle in a time of 15:42.28. He nearly had another win for the Bees as he came in second place in the 200 freestyle in a university-record time of 1:39.45.
As a team, the Bees finished in fifth place at the meet.
