SAVANNAH, Ga.- Bees Women's Soccer head coach Rebecca Gunn is pleased to announce the signing of Celilia Guilmette for the fall of 2026.

Guilmette is a goalkeeper hailing from Toms River, N.J. She is coming to Savannah from Toms River High School where she lettered in both soccer and track. Guilmette won the Captains Award for soccer two years in a row. She also won a first-place photographer honor for the NJTSA while being a member of the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. Guilmette played club soccer for Match Fit Academy/Surf where she captained the team. She also was named NBC News Channel 4 MVP and POMI Athlete of the Month.

"Cece is a great addition to our 2026 class," said Gunn. "She is someone that is eager to learn, work hard, and develop her skillset. She is an athletic goalkeeper who is confident with her hands and is able to manage the back line from the goal."

At SCAD, Guilmette will pursue a degree in architecture with a focus in environmental conservation and historical preservation with a minor in photography. She is supported by her parents Jillian and Thoms Guilmette and her sister Kaydence.

When asked why she chose SCAD, Guilmette said, "It felt like the perfect fit for me academically and creatively. The university's nationally recognized architecture and photography programs offer the exact kind of environment I am looking for. It is a place that combines creativity and innovation while also giving me real world experiences."
