CLEVELAND, Ga.- No. RV SCAD Women's Soccer (0-1) fell 1-0 to No. 8 Truett McConnell University (1-0) in season opening matchup.

The Bees defense had a stellar second half limiting the Bears to a single shot on goal in the second half of play.
Bryntesson capped the game with four saves.
Cali Wuestefeld led the offensive charge with two shots both on goal.
SCAD is back in action on Sunday, August 23 to host Life University for the home opener at 3:00 p.m.
