Scott Malcolm

Scott Malcolm, a native of Glasgow, Scotland, received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2017. Between 2017 and 2022, Scott earned two master’s degrees from Georgia Southern University: a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

During his time at Georgia Southern, Scott gained experience across both coaching and clinical settings. He served as an assistant coach with the Georgia Southern men’s soccer team while also gaining clinical experience working with multiple teams and student-athletes within the university’s athletic department. These experiences allowed Scott to develop a strong understanding of the intersection between mental health, performance, and sport. He also gained additional experience working in both sport and addiction-focused environments, further broadening his clinical knowledge and understanding of the diverse factors that influence individual well-being and performance.
