SAVANNAH, Ga.- Bees Women's Soccer head coach Rebecca Gunn is please to announce the signing of Alivia Bingham for the fall of 2026.

Bingham is a strong defender hailing from Franklin, Tenn. The center back is coming to Savannah from Independence High School where she is a four-year letter winner in soccer. Bingham was named to the 2025 TSSAA D1 AAA All-District Team (District 10). She is also an AP Art Studio Student and will graduate with honors. She plays club soccer for Tennessee Club soccer 2008/2007 ECNL RL. In her nine seasons with the club, they have won the Mid-South Region Championship. Bingham was named to the Regional League All-Region Team and the Tennessee State Cup All-Tournament Team.

"Alivia is capable of playing anywhere across our backline," said coach Gunn. "Calm and confident on the ball, she fits perfectly with our commitment to building out of the back and will further strengthen our ability to do so. Her ability to close down space, win challenges, and time her tackles consistently stood out to our staff. We are excited to welcome Alivia to our program and believe she has the tools to make an immediate impact."

At SCAD, Bingham has decided to major in Fashion Marketing and Management with a minor in Fashion Design. She is supported by her parents Mark and Ellen Bingham along side her siblings Abigail, Andrew, Amelia and Aaron.

When asked why she chose SCAD, Bingham said, "I chose SCAD because of its amazing Fashion program, beautiful location, and talented soccer team. It also brought together the two favorite parts of my life, fashion and art and soccer. Visiting for the first time, I felt an overwhelming sense of family, community, and creativity."
